1. Live Openings: We conduct live openings on TikTok, where you can see your cards being opened in real-time.

2. Hold Order Option: To help you save on shipping, we offer a hold order option. This allows you to combine multiple purchases into one shipment.

3. Hold Duration: Orders can be held for a maximum of 2 weeks. After this period, you will be notified that shipping is due, and your package must be shipped by the end of the 2-week hold period.

4. Shipping and Tracking: All shipped orders will be fully tracked and insured. This is to prevent any issues with lost or stolen packages during transit.

5. Insurance Claims: In the unfortunate event that a package is lost or stolen, we will file an insurance claim with the courier on your behalf. Please note that it may take 24-48 days to receive the insurance payout for lost or stolen items.
